Terms of Service
The rules for participating in Executive Dominion’s persistent, player-shaped political simulation.Effective July 17, 2026 · Open Alpha1 · Alpha service
Executive Dominion is an evolving open-alpha game. Features, balance, schedules, and availability may change. Existing game data is intended to persist, but the operator may make forward repairs needed to preserve security and simulation integrity.
2 · Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account contact information. One person may not use automation, credential sharing, impersonation, or coordinated alternate accounts to evade limits or manipulate the economy, elections, moderation, or rewards.
3 · Fictional public identity
Your citizen is a fictional public character. Its name, character age, religion, education, wealth tier, biography, residence, affiliations, offices, companies, articles, and game history may be visible to anyone. Do not place real private information in character fields.
4 · Player content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Executive Dominion a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, display, reproduce, and moderate that content as needed to operate the game. News articles are written entirely by players; declaring a Promote or Slander bias never generates prose.
5 · Fair play and moderation
Do not exploit defects, interfere with the service, harass others, publish unlawful content, or evade enforcement. Moderators may hide or remove individual content and warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access. Decisions can be appealed through the support process.
6 · Virtual assets
Game cash, Power, reputation, shares, offices, and other simulation assets have no real-world cash value and may not be sold or exchanged outside the game. No purchase grants ownership of the service or a guaranteed result.
7 · Service limits
The service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
8 · Contact
Questions, appeals, and legal notices can be submitted through Support. The current Privacy Notice and Community Guidelines form part of these terms.
